I am doing the colour run this year with Samantha Pool and Charlotte Cox and asking for donations / sponsers in aid of The Roy Castle Lung Foundation who supported me when my dad died 9 days after diagnosis.Updates

We did it !!
13th September 2016Well we did it 5k in 35 minutes and many laughs along the way. We smashed our £50 target and are now collecting in the last of the sponsers :-)
A week to go
3rd September 2016Well only a week to go...
We have our T-Shirts and have broke the £100 mark so feeling very positive...fingers crossed for good weather.

Not Long Now
28th August 2016Well not long to go now !!!
Would be great to hit the £100 mark as that would be double what I had orignally hoped to raise.
Samantha Charlotte and I all have our Roy Castle T-Shirts ready to wear on the day so hopefully we will raise some awareness in that way too.
